If you want to use drugs, you must ensure that you are of the right age, in good health, have sufficient financial conditions and reliable sources of drugs, and think about your fitness goals and direction before you start. Here, the most critical part is “health first” and “figure out what your fitness goals are”!
Choosing natural or taking drugs should not be a snap decision, but the result of weighing the pros and cons after fully understanding the information.
First of all, these people have the wrong mentality to take drugs.
Before taking drugs, no matter which teacher you find, you must do your homework first; for example, what drugs are there, what side effects, etc. The more you know, the less likely you will be deceived by outrageous plans and cut leeks.
There are too many people who have no conscience, pretend to know, and can do anything as long as they can make money.
I have heard of many “masters” who actually don’t know how to use drugs, so they use their apprentices as experiments. Anyway, there are many apprentices, and they slowly understand how to use them through experiments on apprentices.
There are also many drug dealers who don’t know how to use drugs at all, but selling drugs is profitable. In order to sell them, they pretend to know and make up all kinds of things to deceive novices.
Drug dealers sell drugs in WeChat Moments or various channels, emphasizing the efficacy of drugs, but not mentioning the side effects. “Buy drugs and get a plan”, in the name of professional “pharmacist” guidance, but the “pharmacist” himself knows very little about drugs and has never used drugs himself. The drug plan is completely separated from diet and training. The plan itself is also unscientific, but the “convenience of obtaining methods” is enough to attract many novices who don’t know anything about drugs but want to try it.
Many novices fell into the trap like this, and later they had problems with their bodies but didn’t know how to solve them, so they could only fight with drug dealers.
I think:
If you want to get in touch with drugs, you must ensure that you are of the right age, healthy, and have sufficient financial resources and reliable sources of drugs. You can start after thinking about your fitness goals and directions. Here, the most critical part is health first and figuring out what your fitness goals are!
Internal and external factors that need to be considered before taking medication, let’s start with internal factors:
Current physical condition
First of all, there is no doubt that a comprehensive physical examination should be done, which includes at least liver function, kidney function, sex hormones, a full set of thyroid, and a full set of blood lipids. Why? Because this will determine whether we can take medication, and if so, what medication is appropriate. Different drugs may also have different degrees of impact on some of these indicators.
Obviously, the most important thing is: we need to stay healthy before starting medication.
Potential side effects (physiological & psychological)
Physiologically, not all drugs have similar side effects, but the most likely side effects can be divided into the following categories:
Liver function: Most steroid drugs will increase the burden on the liver, especially oral steroids, which generally have stronger hepatotoxicity than injectable steroids.
Kidney function: The kidney is the body’s metabolic organ, and almost all drugs will increase the burden on the kidney, and the drugs used for fitness and bodybuilding are of course no exception.
Androgen: Almost all steroid drugs will produce androgen-related side effects, which may include: enlarged pores, rougher skin, acne, and coarser female voices.
Estrogen and progesterone: Some steroid drugs will produce estrogen and progesterone-related side effects, which may include: body water retention, loss of libido, impotence, and bitch milk, which is what we often call nipple feminization.
Cardiovascular: Some drugs have certain side effects on the heart and cardiovascular system, and have a negative impact on blood pressure and blood lipids. If used improperly, it may cause high blood pressure and high blood lipids, and seriously increase the risk of heart disease.
The ability to inhibit the secretion of testosterone. All steroid drugs, remember that all steroid drugs, will inhibit the ability to secrete testosterone, but the degree of influence can vary greatly due to the type of drug.
Psychologically, if there is a lack of guidance, there is no scientific, mature and healthy concept of drug use, the mind is not mature enough or there is no scientific plan to use it, it may lead to drug abuse, drug addiction and even a big change in temperament.
Age, training level, gender
Let’s talk about gender first: If you are a female fitness enthusiast, or you don’t consider fitness and professional competition as your career, then I don’t recommend you to use steroids under any circumstances.
In terms of age, I think anyone under the age of 22 should not be exposed to drugs. When your body is still developing and growing, exposure to drugs may increase some of the side effects, and in your early 20s, most people are at the peak of their testosterone secretion, and their basal metabolic level is also high. At this age, with scientific training and diet, you can achieve rapid progress without using drugs.
Before taking drugs, the training level should at least reach the level of mastering basic training movements, being able to arrange a relatively reasonable training plan, being able to establish a better connection between nerves and muscles during training, and understanding basic stretching and relaxation.
If you don’t even master the basic training movements, and there are many incorrect training movements that will cause excessive pressure on your joints and soft tissues, then using drugs to increase your strength will cause greater damage to your joints and soft tissues, increasing the risk of injury.
Goals/future plans/choices for future lifestyle
If you just want to keep fit and healthy, then obviously drugs are not suitable for you, just be happy and do fitness naturally.
And If you want to be a professional competitor or have a similar body shape, then you will most likely need to use drugs, unless you have a very abnormal talent, but this is extremely rare.
If your goal is just to secretly use drugs to get stronger faster than your friends and show off in front of your friends, then I don’t recommend you to use drugs, because I guarantee that you can get stronger faster through more intensive training and a more scientific diet, not through drugs.
For other fitness enthusiasts who want to use drugs to achieve their goals faster but will not compete, then you actually have to think about the importance of fitness and bodybuilding in your life, and how important this hobby is to you.
Another thing to consider is the possibility of stopping drugs in the future and after stopping drugs (emphasize: this is something that few people talk about but every drug user must face).
Obviously, we can’t use drugs for fitness all our lives. No matter who you are, no matter when you start using drugs, there will always be a day to stop using drugs.
I am often asked this question, “After I use drugs, will the extra enhancements obtained through drugs be retained after stopping the drugs?” The answer is yes and no: If you can continue to eat and exercise scientifically after stopping the drugs, then you will definitely be able to retain some of the enhancement effects, which will be stronger than if you had never used drugs. However, you will definitely not continue to maintain your strongest peak state, and you will lose a lot of enhancement effects as the drug is stopped.
In other words, if you just hope to achieve your ideal goal by using drugs a few times and never touch drugs again, it is almost impossible to maintain your peak level when you use drugs. If you can’t accept this reality, then I think you are not suitable for drugs, otherwise it is very likely to cause drug addiction.
After thinking clearly and still deciding to use drugs, you need to-find the right teacher
The teacher must first meet the following conditions, choose one of the two:
- He is very good at training and relatively healthy
- He is not very good at training, but has trained awesome and relatively healthy students. Only one of them does not count, and the other is likely to be a special case.
The following three conditions must be met:
- Does he talk about bro science all the time, but is scientifically based and rigorous. When communicating with you about the side effects of the drug, he will explain it to you carefully, instead of vaguely saying “no, it’s okay”. When using a new drug, he will clearly tell you the purpose of use and explain the possible situations.
For example: the same drug produced by different manufacturers may have different specifications. The plan says to take one or two pills, and inject one or two milliliters, which is very confusing – after all, how much is one pill or one milliliter? The statement should be based on the dosage, rather than asking you to take one or two pills, and inject one or two milliliters. - A good teacher will definitely guide you in taking medicine and training your diet, and will not force you to buy medicine. Good teachers may have channels to provide, but if they must bundle drugs to sell to you, then they must want to make money from you. In fact, good teachers must make money mainly by guiding, not selling drugs.
Most high-level plans are done this way – a knowledgeable teacher will never send you a twelve-week plan.
Why? Use your brains. There are so many individual differences. For the same dose of medicine, some people have very good effects with little side effects, some people have very good effects but great side effects, and some people have very poor effects. No matter how knowledgeable and experienced a teacher is, he cannot accurately predict what will happen to you after using these medicines.
Start with a few medicines, and then adjust the dosage at any time according to your reaction to these medicines, physical changes, and physical examination indexes, increase, decrease, or change the medicine. This is the most scientific method. Why a good coach abroad charges you hundreds of dollars a month is to maximize the effect while avoiding side effects as much as possible, that is, to maximize the effect without sacrificing health. In China, even if it is a high-level teacher with many students, the plans they pass on are almost all written for 12 or 16 weeks, and some are as long as 20 to 30 weeks or more than half a year.
When we go to the doctor, even if it is a chronic disease, the doctor will first prescribe a course of treatment, agree on how long to return for a follow-up visit, and then adjust the treatment plan. For diabetes that requires lifelong medication, no doctor will tell you what dose of insulin to use. You will have to use it for half a year, and then you will be given a starting dose. The dose can be adjusted or even the medication can be changed through follow-up visits and blood sugar tests. This is the scientific idea of medication.
