Personal Details: 34 years old, 175 cm tall, initial weight 114.5 kg (measured first thing in the morning on an empty stomach; same applies below).
Weight History: I weighed 80 kg during my school years, gradually reached 90 kg after starting work, hit 100 kg after getting married, and have been over 110 kg for the past two years.
Weight Loss History: Since getting married, I’ve attempted to lose weight twice. The first time, through daily running and dieting, I lost weight from 105 kg to a low of 83 kg; the second time, through nightly jump rope and a high-protein diet, I lost weight from 110 kg to 95 kg. After stopping exercise for various reasons, I regained the weight both times.
Preparations before use: First, I visited the Weight Management Department and Endocrinology Department at the hospital; the doctors raised no objections to my use of tirzpatide; I then researched dosage information and injection techniques online. Since my weight was very high, I skipped the 2.5 mg dose and started directly with 5 mg.
Tirzpatide Usage Log:
I. 5 mg. Six injections over 40 days, resulting in a total weight loss of 11.6 kg.
(1) First injection. March 4, 5 mg. March 4 to March 10: Weight dropped from 114.5 kg to 109.4 kg, a loss of 5.1 kg.
(2) Second injection: March 11, 5 mg. March 11 to March 17: Weight dropped from 109.4 kg to 107.8 kg, a loss of 1.6 kg.
(3) Third injection: March 18, 5 mg. From March 18 to March 23, weight decreased from 107.8 kg to 106.6 kg, a loss of 1.2 kg.
(4) Fourth injection: March 24, 5 mg. From March 24 to March 29, weight decreased from 106.6 kg to 105.1 kg, a loss of 1.5 kg.
(5) Fifth injection: March 30, 5 mg. From March 30 to April 7, weight decreased from 105.1 kg to 104.6 kg, a loss of 0.5 kg. I was away on a business trip, so the interval was extended.
(6) Sixth injection： April 8, 5 mg. From April 8 to April 13, weight decreased from 104.6 kg to 102.9 kg, a loss of 1.7 kg.
Personal observation: The first injection had the most noticeable effect; I had no desire to eat for an entire week. The effect diminished with subsequent injections, and my appetite returned significantly four or five days after the injection.
II. Starting with 7.5 mg, continuous record-keeping.
(7) Seventh injection: April 14, 7.5 mg.
Updated August 15, 2025:
I began gradually reducing the dosage at the end of April,
and stopped using tirapentide by mid-May.
The reason was that after each injection, I experienced persistent diarrhea, prolonged bloating, frequent belching, and severe bad breath,
which significantly impacted my work.
I consulted my doctor, who advised discontinuing the medication.
I lost a total of 15 kg. About two months after stopping the medication, I regained 9 kg.
